Tabata Timer - 30 Minutes Interval 20/10 - With Music And Alarm

This Tabata timer is an interval timer of 30 minutes with 20/10 intervals, 20 seconds work and 10 seconds rest, and it has music for each stage and alarm between intervals.

It's time to train with Tabata!

A friend of mine introduced me to the practice of Tabata, this intense training
based on intervals of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest!

It is a practice that I wasn't aware of, but that brings results both in terms of either aerobic and anaerobic training.

There are several variations, in this case this interval countdown is based on the variation
20/10.

For each phase there is specific music, so for the work phase I chose trap music,
quite aggressive, while for the 10 second rest phase, I chose a relaxing music.

Before the work phase there is also a 3-second timer, which emits an acoustic signal to warn you when it is about the start the training phase.

I built the timer in a way that you can get how many seconds are left for the next stage, and which cycle / interval you are in.
